[Neo Junk City - Neon Road Gameplay]

This looks really fun and the graphics look really cool!
Although I must ask since this is a point and click'em up; Can you die? And if so, is it like a LucasArts death where you're just sent back to the previous screen, or is it like a full Sierra death and I have to reload my save?

Yep. You can be killed by the environment or your choices. its Sierra style. But, the deaths are pretty telegraphed. There's even a few hidden ones you have to work for.

I really adore the game's art style and love trying to mimic it's pixel art style

I love adding tiny little details like that 😆
You pointed almost all of them out, but there's still one more hidden thing about the drawing that I'm sure most people aren't gonna find, at least at first glance.
And I don't even recommend trying, it's not worth it! lol
